    Strategic alignment should have happened outside the boardroom. Probably with a pre-mortem. The the CEO could have presented to the board what the business benefits were, and how and why things may go wrong with the proposed strategy.
    Now it retrospect it seems like the chosen strategy was wrong headed, but was the security vulnerability really a result of moving fast? An oversight can happen during any sprint.
